I know firsthand how hard it is to lose someone (or pet). The world can feel like a very lonely place, dark, dreary, unsafe. Grief can trick us into perceiving life as meaningless.
Those of us who are dying can often feel alone. They’re turning into butterflies, when their loved ones, even though they may mean well, want to keep them as caterpillars.
It can be hard to ask for help. We can feel like we don’t deserve it, that we should suffer in silence, that we somehow deserve the pain we are going through… It’s nonsense.
