I’m super pleased to announce that I’ve set up a YouTube channel.
It’s called Tales & Meditations, and has come directly from an inner nudge that wouldn’t leave me alone.
It was a bit of a nuisance, if I’m honest. Like someone poking you, night and day, with their bony finger, whilst humming a high-pitched tune in your ear, like a mosquito.
Yes, it was very much like that.
I was trying my best to ignore it, because the thought of going down the YouTube route made my stomach go all wishy washy.
Because when you embark on a new journey, especially one where you intend on expressing yourself (which is the equivalent of dropping your pants in front of a crowd), the voice of doubt gets turned up a notch.
What will people say?
What if I fail?
What if people make fun of me?
Etc. Etc.
But here’s the thing, when we face that uncertainty, when we just go ahead, trusting the inner nudge, and step onto the new path, we realise:
A- There was nothing to fear.
B- Nobody really cares what you do, as long as you don’t hurt them.
C- And it’s not at all like dropping your pants in front of a crowd.
So, with that being said, I’d like to present to you Tales & Meditations, the YouTube channel that specialises in guided meditations, affirmations, and inspirational tales. I also plan on doing some live meditations sometime too. (It would be nice to see you there.)
At the moment, there’s only one video to view. I uploaded it on Friday, and it’s a meditation video containing affirmations on health and self-love.
I’m pleased to say I’m getting some great feedback – which again goes to show that any fear I initially felt was of my own making.
