What if…

What if…

before you came here, you made a promise

to yourself that this life was going to be the last?

What if you made a promise to yourself

that you will never be – simply Be – ever again?

Do you talk yourself out of going for things you want?

Do you talk yourself out of dreaming a better life for yourself?

Does doubt creep in and tell you that it is impossible for dreams to come true,

so why bother trying?

Does that voice, in your head, make you feel stupid,

by telling you that you are childish to even dream a dream,

to have an idea, to go for it, with everything you have got?

Do you envy people who have dreams

and who put in the effort to improve their experience of life?

Do you resent them?

The only reason you should envy anybody

is because they are living your life better than you are.

There are over seven billion people on this planet, and there is only one you.

That means there is nobody to envy.

This is your time.

There is a reason why clocks have hands,

it is because with every tick and every tock

Father Time is waving you a hello

and a goodbye,

just to remind you that he cannot wait.

However, he is on your side.

He wants you to use him to the best of your ability.

Yes, you will have bad days, but that is because you know what a good day feels like.

It is a sign that, with your will, another good day could be right around the corner.

This is your chance to give yourself permission to dream.

What if this is it?

No second chances.

You want to be a writer?

You want to be a painter?

Play a sport you love.

Set the world straight with your efforts.

Don’t have a enough skills?

Be patient with yourself.

It is okay to change your dream,

dream away!

Who or what is limiting you?

What dream of yours are you holding back from the world?

When you are brave enough to go for a dream,

and stubborn enough not to quit when the path gets treacherous,

you will be setting one of the greatest examples that you,

as a human being,

can set.

Hold your head up high.

Pick yourself up.

Get used to dusting yourself off.

You are worthy of the best life you have to offer yourself.

Love yourself and give yourself a chance to be happy.

Then act upon that dream to the best of your abilities.

If you listen to those who say you cannot,

it is your fault.

You have permission—

simply because you woke up this morning—

to get out of that rut.

Cut those chains and set yourself free, then soar.

Nobody else will do it for you.

But we can remind you,

because we all need reminding every now and again.

Thanks for stopping by.

It would be grand if you could Like and Follow.

Many blessings.
