Quote

“That was a very happy breakfast, though they didn’t get any of it; and when they went away, leaving comfort behind, I think there were not in all the city four merrier people than the hungry little girls who gave away their breakfasts and contended themselves with bread and milk on Christmas morning.”

Little Women – Louisa M. Alcott

I’ll be quoting the book or books I’m currently reading, so you can expect the same titles to crop up every other day until I’ve finished the book 🙂

    1. 🙂 Great, thank you. I’m 34 and I’ve just read the book for the first time. Loved it. It captures perfectly such an innocent time. A comforting book to say the least.

      1. Indeed, it comforts me as well. I pick it up every single time and end up loving it more each time. Well, all of us have one book, for me its this one 🙂
I’m glad you liked the book.
